	Dmitry Batin is the Russian composer, conductor, choirmaster, member of the Union of Theater Workers of the Russian Federation, member of the Union of Composers of the Russian Federation, Prize winner in the culture field in Perm, Prize winner of Nemtin Art Administration in Perm, assistant professor of the Perm State Institute of Culture, artistic director of the Perm Boys Choir.
	Anna Gosteva is a musicologist, teacher, member of the Audit Commission of the Perm Regional Department of the Union of Composers of the Russian Federation, Ph.D. in History of Arts.
	Anna Zharova is a musicologist, director of the Perm College of Music, Ph.D. in History of Arts.
	Olga Kachalina is a musicologist, a member of the Board of the Perm regional department of the Union of Composers of Russian Federation, a teacher at the Perm State Institute of Culture.
	Evgenia Kudryashova is a composer, a teacher, a member of the Audit Commission of the Perm regional department of the Union of Composers of the Russian Federation, winner of All-Russian competitions.
	Igor Mashukov is a composer, a teacher, a member of the Council and Chairman of the Board of the Perm regional department of the Union of Composers of the Russian Federation, a teacher at the Perm State Institute of Culture. Twice winner of the Perm Krai Award in the culture and art field, laureate of Nemtin Art Administration awards in Perm. Igor Mashukov was awarded with the «For Mercy» medal by the «National Heritage» fund.
	Victor Pantus is a composer, a member of the Board of the Perm regional department of the Union of Composers of the Russian Federation, a laureate and diploma winner of both International and All-Russian competitions.
	Mikhail Pylaev is a musicologist, Chairman of the Audit Commission of the Perm department of the Union of Composers of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Arts, Professor of Perm State Humanitarian Pedagogical University.
	Alexander Khubeev is a composer, a member of the Board of the Perm regional department of the Union of Composers of the Russian Federation, laureate of both International and All-Russian competitions, deputy art director of the Academy of the Moscow Ensemble of Contemporary Music in Tchaikovsky, Perm Krai.
